8. If there was a reading assignment, what did you learn from the reading assignment? What did you not understand? What prior knowledge did you bring to the reading material?
Even though there was no reading assignment, I studied for my first College Research exam. All the information I have learned from the first day of school up until have been extremely useful in all my classes. Certain things I don't understand clearly is the site: command. It is still a little confusing. I already had an idea of most of the extensions and country codes.
Hi Alyssa, great to see you writing on your blog. The site: command is used when you want to narrow your search results to just a particular site. For example, if you are researching "Tyler Clementi" and only want to see what cnn.com has about him, you would use the site: command and it would look like this: site:cnn.com + "tyler clementi".
